Rules of Use for the kd666 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kd666 platform at kd666.io, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or interacting with any part of the kd666 service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with kd666 and confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kd666 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the kd666 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kd666 enforces a minimum age of 21 years, which is stricter than the standard 18+ requirement applied in some jurisdictions, reflecting kd666's commitment to responsible gaming in the Bangladesh market.
• You are registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of kd666 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, unless prior written consent has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the kd666 platform.
• You are of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that would impair your ability to make informed decisions.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kd666 platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or parallel accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your kd666 account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. kd666 may request supporting documentation to verify any detail provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd666 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified kd666 account details.
• kd666 targets a sub-15-minute processing time for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts. This target is not a guaranteed contractual commitment and may be affected by third-party payment network conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified on the Finance / Wallet page and may vary by verification tier.
• kd666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing beyond the standard target time.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that satisfy all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kd666 platform — including but not limited to the kd666 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game library presentation, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of kd666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd666 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No right, title, or interest in any kd666 intellectual property is transferred to you by virtue of your use of the platform.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any kd666 content without prior written authorisation from kd666 is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kd666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kd666 platform, including but not limited to:

kd666's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

kd666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The player's account is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• The player fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• kd666 is required to do so by applicable law or by instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• kd666 determines that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games or betting markets

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, kd666 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances. Real-money balances not connected to any breach will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
